Usage
Seasoning: It has a tangy flavor reminiscent of nutmeg and lemon. Ideal for grilled meats, fish dishes, sauces, soups and typical dishes such as Mbongo Tchobi, a Cameroonian black stew. Pèbè can be used for white meat and all red meats. It goes very well with lamb. We recommend to use it with the green sauce marinade that you will find in the news section.
Herbal Tea: Boil water, add Pèbè powder and leave to infuse for 1 hour, filter, add honey and drink lukewarm.
